How it works

  1. Start the return from your order page. Choose items, a reason, and how you'd like to be made whole.
  2. Get a label. If the issue is on us we email a prepaid label within one business day. Otherwise we'll provide the return address.
  3. Ship it back in the original packaging when possible. Drop it at any carrier location.
  4. We inspect and resolve. Refunds post in 3–5 business days, replacements ship the same day they're approved, and store credit lands instantly.

  • Footwear in the original box with no visible wear
  • Unopened collectibles in original packaging
  • Accessories, watches, and hard goods in resalable condition

Final sale (no returns)

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items (e.g. printed jersey names)
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Worn footwear or used apparel
  • Final-sale clearance marked at checkout

Damaged or wrong items

Open a return within 7 days of delivery and add a photo if you can. We'll ship a replacement or refund immediately — no need to wait for the return to arrive back.
