Important Notice
Game Time Acquisition Corp does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. However, we may share certain data with advertising partners and analytics providers, which under California law may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
What Does "Do Not Sell" Mean?
The CCPA and CPRA define "sale" broadly to include any exchange of personal information for value, including sharing data with advertising partners to deliver targeted ads. If you opt out, we will:
Submit Your Opt-Out Request
You can submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by completing the form below. You may also submit a request on behalf of your minor child. We will process your request within 15 business days.

We will verify your identity before processing your request. This may require you to provide additional information to confirm you are the consumer about whom we collected personal information.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of their authorization (such as a power of attorney or signed permission) and we may still require you to verify your identity directly with us before processing the request.
