Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Game Time Acquisition Corp website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

GTAC operates a multi-vendor marketplace. When you purchase products from vendors through our platform: • You are entering into a contract directly with the vendor for the sale of goods • GTAC facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the sale agreement • Vendors are responsible for product quality, accurate descriptions, and fulfillment • GTAC's role is limited to platform services, payment processing, and dispute resolution Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, maintain accurate product listings, and fulfill orders in a timely manner.

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel orders for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary. GTAC and our vendors are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Some items (personalized products, intimate apparel, perishables) may not be eligible for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for returns may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

All content on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GTAC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content without our express written permission. All trademarks displayed on our Services are the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to: • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services • Use automated means to access or scrape the Services • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or vendors • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GTAC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GTAC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to GTAC in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
